Islamic Studies Course Online — Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah and Akhlaq
Updated 1 November 2026
Reading the Quran is the foundation — understanding the deen that surrounds it is what turns reading into practice. QuranHub's Islamic Studies course teaches the essentials every Muslim needs: what we believe, how we worship, the life of the Prophet ﷺ, and the manners that shape a Muslim's day.
Classes are live and one-to-one with a qualified tutor, for kids, teens and adults — at days and times you choose. Start with 3 free trial classes.
- Free 3-day trial · no credit card
- Live 1-on-1 online classes
- Qualified male & female tutors
- 24/7 — every timezone
What Islamic Studies covers
The course covers the essentials of the deen in plain, age-appropriate language — taught as understanding to live by, not as facts to memorise for a test. Your tutor adjusts the depth to the student: simple stories and habits for young children, fuller explanations for teens and adults.
- Aqeedah — what Muslims believe: Allah, the angels, the books, the messengers, the Last Day, and divine decree
- Fiqh — how we worship: Salah, fasting, Zakat and Hajj in outline, and the everyday rulings a Muslim meets
- Seerah — the life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and the lessons it holds for our own lives
- Hadith and daily duas — the words of the Prophet ﷺ and the supplications of daily life, with their meanings
- Akhlaq — manners and character: honesty, kindness to parents, respect for elders, and good conduct with others
Who the course is for
The essentials are for everyone — the teaching simply changes with the student.
- Kids learning the deen alongside their Quran reading, in short, engaging lessons
- Teens who want real answers to real questions about belief and practice
- Adults returning to structured learning after years away from it
- New Muslims learning the foundations from the beginning, with patience and no assumptions
- Families learning together — children and parents each with their own tutor, at aligned times
How lessons work
Live 1-on-1 video classes, 30 minutes each, at days and times you choose, in your own time zone. Lessons are conversation, not lectures: your tutor explains, you ask, and the learning is checked by discussion — not by exams. Parents may sit in on any child's lesson.
Meet your teachers
Your teacher is one of our qualified qaris. Three of our teachers are Qari Ateeq Ur Rahman, Qari Sardar Ahmad, and Qari Muhammad Saqib — each Tanzeem-ul-Madaris qualified with an M.A. in Arabic & Islamiyat, based in Pakistan. Qualified female teachers (Qariahs) are available on request, and you can ask for a different tutor at any time.
Our prices — the same on every page
One flat monthly price by classes per week, for every course — no per-course pricing, no extra charge for a female teacher, no registration fee. All plans are one-to-one live classes, 30 minutes each, with a qualified tutor — male Qari or female Qariah, your choice. Every plan includes the same qualified tutors at no extra cost.

Frequently asked questions
What age is Islamic Studies for?+
All ages. Children start with stories, habits and short duas; teens get fuller explanations; adults study at whatever depth they want. There is no minimum age beyond being able to sit and focus for a short lesson.
Is this the same as Quran classes?+
No — it is a separate course. Quran classes teach reading, Tajweed and memorisation; Islamic Studies teaches the beliefs, worship and manners around them. Many families take both, and the same tutor can teach both.
What is the difference between the free 3-day trial and the free one-month Qaida course?+
The free 3-day trial is 3 real one-to-one lessons in any course — Qaida, Tajweed, Hifz, Tafseer or Arabic — so you can meet your tutor and try real lessons. The free one-month Qaida course is a full month of live one-to-one Qaida lessons for beginners, for the first 50 students only. They are two different offers: try 3 lessons, or take a whole free month of Qaida.
Is the free month really free?+
Yes. The free one-month Qaida course costs $0 — no card, no payment details. It is limited to the first 50 students, and it ends with a certificate plus 50% off your next course (valid 30 days).
When does the free Qaida course start?+
There is no fixed start date. The course begins once enrolment is complete. Class time is whatever you choose, in your own time zone.
What happens after the free month?+
You get a certificate, plus 50% off your next course (valid 30 days). If you continue, you join any paid plan ($25 / $35 / $55 per month). If you stop, nothing is charged.
Do I need a card for the free trial?+
No. The free 3-day trial needs no card and no payment details.
How much do online Quran classes cost?+
$25 a month for 2 lessons a week, $35 a month for 3 lessons a week (most popular), or $55 a month for 5 lessons a week. That is $3.13, $2.92 and $2.75 per class. All lessons are one-to-one, live, 30 minutes.
Does a female teacher cost more?+
No. A female Qariah costs the same as a male Qari on every plan.
